Linda Merrell has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 1973, she is a trained professional Permanent Cosmetics Practitioner with over 25 years experience in this specialized field. She is board certified from the American Academy of Micro pigmentation.

Jessica Warren A.I.C.T

Jessica Warren is an Advanced Permanent Makeup Technician. She has an esthetic background as a Licensed Managing Esthetician. She has been with us since 2006!

April MERRELL A.I.C.T

April  Merrell has been working with Elegant Permanent Cosmetics since 2014. She has a medical background as an Occupational Therapist with an advanced certificate in Hand therapy.

What to Expect

After arrival at your scheduled appointment, Your technician will escort you into their elegantly appointed private areas.

Together, we will view before-and-after pictures of former clients and discuss which procedures you feel comfortable with.

We will happily take any time necessary to answer all of your questions carefully and completely.

So you can see in advance how you will look, your technician will apply different temporary colors and shapes on your lips and eyebrows to help you choose the best look for you.  You will be involved in every step of the process. You will be able to see the progress being made throughout the procedure.
